Steps to Register for the NNAAP Nurse Aide Exam

Create Your CNA365 Account
Create an account with our online CNA365 system to sign up for screening by clicking the "Sign Up" link on the login page. You will need to send an application for screening in order to register for examinations.
We extremely advise that you read the Registration Quick Reference Guide with comprehensive guidelines on how to sign up online for your exam BEFORE you begin the registration process.

If you have actually previously evaluated the National Nurse Aide Assessment Exam through the Northern Regional Testing Center (NRTC), when you create a CNA365 account, all of the information from your previous NNAAP examinations will rollover to your Credentia CNA365 account.
